Did our welcome email arrive in your “Junk” folder in the email app on your iPad/iPhone?

To move an email from your Junk Email folder to your Inbox on your iPad or iPhone – use your mail application on your iPad/iPhone to access your email account.

1. Navigate to the “Junk” folder and find the email from us.

2. In the top right hand corner, tap on ‘Edit’.

3. Select the email by tapping on the circle to the left of the email. A tick will appear.

4. At the bottom of the screen tap on ‘Move’.

5. A list of your mailboxes and folders will appear, tap on ‘Inbox’.

6. The email will disappear from your ‘Junk’ folder.

7. Navigate back to your ‘Inbox’ where you will now find the email from us.

Now all future message from us should go directly to your focused inbox. 😁

Have you been unable to find our welcome email?

Normally our welcome emails come through within a minute or two of you signing up for our Be the First to Know service for the first time. You may be able to search for “Greenford Park Homes” in your email client and that might show you in the search results where our emails are being stored.
