Brand new and pre-owned homes

Our brand new park homes are ordered to our own high standard specification, sited, landscaped and completely ready to go. We try to think of everything – convenient kitchen and bathroom design, attractive airy interiors. We take great care that the layout and design make the most of the individual plot.

We also offer refurbished and modernised homes to ensure that they are ready for immediate occupation. We often fit brand new modern kitchens and bathrooms, fully redecorate and fit new floor coverings throughout.

Your first step is to look at the map locations of our four parks, to decide where you would want to live. Maybe more than one of them ticks your boxes.

Then look at what each park offers – the specifics of the local offering. We have:

  • Blackbushe Park near Yateley centre, offers a combination of being in a small, quiet town with convenience shopping locally and a short drive to Camberley – a large town with a wide retail offering, restaurants and cinema.
  • Cavendish Park in Sandhurst with convenient shopping at The Meadows and a vibrant town with jobs and entertainment in nearby Camberley;
  • Ferndale Park in a rural village location in Bray, with lovely walks along the River Thames a few minutes away and easy links to Windsor, Maidenhead and West London;
  • Merrywood Park in Box Hill village in the heart of the Surrey Hills – an uplifting rural location with its own gated access into National Trust parkland.

To make sure that you are eligible to live on the park that you are interested in, please check our park rules.

A viewing will be arranged with you so that you can have a good look around both the home and the park. This will be conducted either by our resident Park Manager or a member of our sales team, any of whom will be delighted to answer any questions you may have about living in a park home and the locality.

Frequently Asked Questions related to Buying a Park Home

Do I need a solicitor to purchase a park home?

You do not need a solicitor and many choose not to, in order to make additional savings. However, we would recommend using one for your peace of mind.

Is it true that I don’t have to pay stamp duty on a park home?

Do I need to have a survey done?

Can I get finance or a mortgage on a park home that I want to buy?

You cannot obtain a mortgage for a park home, however ‘top-up’ finance may be available. You would need to find a specialist finance provider for this.

Do you offer part exchange?

We are aware of companies who may be able to offer part-exchange deals on your existing property and we would be happy to help you explore this option, to help you buy a park home from us, should you wish.

How long does the purchase procedure take?

Subject to your circumstances, the purchase procedure could take as little as two weeks. If you are selling a property however, completion of your purchase of the park home is very much dependent on that transaction. What are the park rules?

We do have a set of rules in place on each of our parks to ensure the comfort and convenience of our residents. Please take a look at our Park Rules page to find out more.

Is there a 50+ age requirement on your parks?

The rule is that anyone living in a park home on our parks is a resident; all residents must be 50 years old or above.

This is a very successful element of our park home living formula. Residents really enjoy being on a small scale community of like minded neighbours. If you have other questions about how it feels to be on a semi-retirement development, speak to the park manager who will show you round, when you book in with us to view a home for sale and they’ll give you the inside track! Can I park my work vehicle at the park?

What are your office opening hours?

The office is open:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6.30pm
Saturday 8am to 5pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm
