Do I have to sell my home to you, if I want to move?
Absolutely not. Some residents do sell back to us, because of the support that we are able to offer - we endeavour to work around all your needs, in terms of completion dates, which can really help. But you are free to sell your home on the open market, in a similar way to traditional housing.
Can I use a park home on your parks as my second home?
No, our park homes must be your main place of residence.
Can I get finance or a mortgage on a park home that I want to buy?
You cannot obtain a mortgage for a park home, however 'top-up' finance may be available. You would need to find a specialist finance provider for this.
Is it true that I don’t have to pay stamp duty on a park home?

Do you offer part exchange?
We are aware of companies who may be able to offer part-exchange deals on your existing property and we would be happy to help you explore this option, to help you buy a park home from us, should you wish.
Do I need home insurance?
Yes, in the same way as conventional housing, you are required to hold insurance which covers the structure of the home and we reccommend you also obtain contents insurance.
Do you have a residential license?

Can I leave my park home to a relative in my will?
The short answer is yes. We would recommend seeking legal advice on this matter for your own personal circumstances.
How long can I keep my home at the park?

How much is the pitch fee?
